Soonest booking available was 3 week wait, dropped boat off on booking day to be told they were busy, Took 3 full business days and the weekend to carry out 4 hrs of repairs. When brought up Aqua Sports advised was acceptable. Edit - Mid afternoon on the second day it was advised of the fault was and parts where in stock and trying to finalise that afternoon, nothing more heard until chased up towards the end of the 3rd business day

Went in to get some parts for an old boat, it’s a Mercury motor, usually have problems getting parts. But then it happened I got the best service I have had for years. These people could train the rest of WA ‘s small businesses how to give service. Thanks for your service I spoke to three people making this order, a small order with great service I need to go back.. thanks staff . I hope you all get to read this. Can’t recommend isaac mlrr then 5 stars unfortunately google only allows 5 , Start to finish easy sale I started this process over 5 years ago never pushed and when I was ready he went above and beyond,, I wouldn’t buy a boat anywhere else and nor should anyone else  😊

Was there for an hour looking at boats before we finally found someone to talk to - they answered one question and walked off.  Not good sales or customer service.
